Create an eConnect account to begin submitting various application types online. Existing eConnect and ePlan Users are also required to create a new account and are encouraged to use the same email address previously used to register.
To submit online applications, licensed contractors must be registered with Lee County Contractor Licensing, create an eConnect account, add their contractor license number to their eConnect account, and then submit the Lee County eConnect User Agreement to eConnect@leegov.com.
Applicants, contacts, agents, etc., not related to a licensed contractor and wishing to access their existing record(s) must create a new account and then email the First and Last Name, Email Address and Company Name of the new eConnect account to eConnect@leegov.com.
