These fees were approved by the Board of County Commissioners per Administrative Code 3-10.  Please see the complete External Fees and Charges Manual or the table below, which includes fees for Permitting, Development Services, Zoning, Planning, Environmental Sciences, Contractor Licensing and Code Enforcement.

Note: In addition to building permit fees, all permits are subject to fees imposed through HB0663, revised by HB 741 effective July 1, 2017.   Each permit is charged a minimum of $2 for administration (or 1.5% of permit fee) and a minimum of $2 for radon (or 1% of the permit fee).
