CPA2019-00004 - Page Park Community Plan

CPA2019-00005 - CAM40
Current Status - Effective
Request to add a 40 acre parcel to the Environmental Enhancement and Preservation Communities Overlay (EEPCO) as identified on Map 17 - Southeast DR/GR Residential Overlay. The subject property is located approximately one mile south of Corkscrew Road and approximately one mile east of Six Ls Farm Road. The applicant has filed a companion rezoning application (DCI2019-00018) to rezone the parcel to Mixed Use Planned Development as part of a 2,138+/- acre development.


CPA2019-00006 - Conservation Lands Update
Current Status - Effective
(COUNTY INITIATED) Amend the Future Land Use Map series, Map 1, by adding County-owned property to the Conservation Lands (Uplands and Wetlands) land use category.


CPA2019-00007 - Commerce Lake Parcel
Current Status - Effective
Amend the Future Land Use Map (Map 1, Page 1) from Airport Lands and Wetlands to New Community and Wetlands, and update the Airport Noise Zone (Map 1, Page 5) on ±22 acres located at both northern corners of the intersection of Commerce Lakes Drive and Daniels Parkway. The amendment is needed to reflect changes to the airport boundaries.


CPA2019-00008 - EEPCO Text Amendment
Current Status - Effective
Amend text of Policy 33.3.4 of the Lee Plan to establish criteria for stand-alone neighborhood commercial development and additional density within Tier 1 properties.


CPA2019-00009 - Small Brothers Commercial
Current Status - Withdrawn
Amend the Lee Plan Future Land Use Element to allow neighborhood commercial development in the Density Reduction/Groundwater Resource (DR/GR) future land use category; amend Policy 55.1.3 to maintain consistency with State Statutes.


CPA2019-00010 - Central Park Mixed-Use Overlay
Current Status - Effective
Amend Lee Plan Map 1, Page 6 of 7, to add a 6.4+\- acre parcel (23-45-24-60-00000.2010) located on Cypress Lake Terrace Circle to the Mixed-Use Overlay.


CPA2019-00011 - Small Brothers Commercial Utility CPA
Current Status - Withdrawn
Amend Lee Plan Map 6, Future Water Service Areas, and Map 7 Future Sanitary Sewer Service Areas to add property located near the intersection of Corkscrew Road and Alico Road (15230 Corkscrew Road).
