Details: This project consists of the design and construction of a 3,000 square foot maintenance building to house and protect the equipment and material necessary to maintain Caloosahatchee Regional Park. A centralized location for the equipment and material will reduce costs and increase staff efficiency. The building will be located adjacent to the existing parking lot and water treatment plant. The design and location will make it unobtrusive to park visitors and passing traffic
