The Performance Management and Analytics program mission is to improve operations countywide, enhance transparency and increase efficiency and accountability.  This initiative will focus on rigorous data analysis to drive decision making.

The primary goals of performance management are to:

• Facilitate alignment between strategy and front line activities
• Support a culture of continuous improvement
• Promote data-driven accountability

Dashboards

The Lee County dashboards are meant to provide visibility for how departments work toward meeting their responsibilities.  The measures give life to the day-to-day operations and activities of county staff, and allow the community to have a better understanding of Lee County.
