Scope Of Work: | 1.1. The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified CONTRACTOR to provide various repair services at County facilities located within Lee County, which were damaged by Hurricane Ian. 1.2. The work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary in connection with repairs as detailed in the attached bid documents.
1.3. The CONTRACTOR is responsible for completing all the specified requirements in the bid documents and shall provide work that is sound, durable, and watertight.
1.4. Work to be performed by the CONTRACTOR shall include, but is not limited to: 1.4.1. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace roofing components as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.2. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace the siding as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.3. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace insulation as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.4. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace all door components as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.5. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace all window components as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.6. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace concrete slabs, fenceposts, block columns, and block walls as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.7. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace shutters as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.8. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace stairs and railings as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.9. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace all ceiling components as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.10. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace all awning components as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.11. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace all flooring components as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.12. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace all wall components as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.13. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace the stucco as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.14. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace insect screens as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.15. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace all signage, sign letters, and signage posts as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.16. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace all HVAC components as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.17. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace all electrical components as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.18. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace all communications components as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.19. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace all fencing components as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.20. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace irrigation components as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.21. The CONTRACTOR shall provide and install ceiling fans as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.22. The CONTRACTOR shall provide and install the kitchen hood as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.23. The CONTRACTOR shall replace metal compartment doors as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.24. The CONTRACTOR shall paint and repair all walls as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.25. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace all cabinetry, millwork, and countertops as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.26. The CONTRACTOR shall repair/replace all wood, plastic, and metal components related to the boardwalk as specified in the bid documents. 1.4.27.
