Establish New Residential Customer Account

To establish a new residential customer account with Lee County Utilities, you will need the following:

1. Photo Identification
   

• Copy of Drivers License or other form of government issued identification. (If you are faxing your application packet, please enlarge and lighten the driver's license.)

2. Proof of Ownership, Lease or Rental Agreement for the Service Address
    

3. New Account Application 

4. Security Deposit

• To avoid confusion and duplication of efforts, please send your whole application packet at one time.

• Please allow two business days to process your new account application request.   

• Please note that Lee County Utilities does not offer same day connection for new service after 12:00 p.m. Connection will not occur same day if complete set of paperwork arrives after that time.
