The Lee County Board of County Commissioners have designated certain roadways as "Controlled Access" and have amended those resolutions from time to time in accordance with Lee Plan Policy 40.1.2, Land Development Code Chapter 10-298 and Administrative Code AC-11-10. This page contains links to each adopted resolution. The resolution and attachments typically consist of three documents: the adopted resolution, a spreadsheet listing each designated access point and the motor vehicle movements permitted at each access point, and a street map graphically depicting the location of access points on the designated roadway.
