Community Center - closed until further notice

• Lee County Parks & Recreation Parking Stickers are available for purchase during regular business hours.
• The center is currently unavailable for rental on weekends and some evenings during the school year.

• GUIDELINES FOR USE
• Alcohol is prohibited inside the buildings, on the park grounds and in the parking lots.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the building or within 50 feet of the entrances.
• An hourly rate of $40, or $20 for non profit groups/organizations that holds a certification of exemption (501C-3) status may rent the Community Center between the hours 7:30 am and 9:30 pm for the BUILDING ONLY.  Tables and chairs provided are for indoor use only.
• One day General Liability Certificate of Insurance is required
•  To open the front door use key that was provided to you upon signing permit.
• In the kitchen there is an ice machine, sink and refrigerator.  It is okay to use hot plates and crock pots for warming food.
•  CANDLES, STERNOS and SMOKE/FOG machines are strictly prohibited for use in the building. 
•  Please park vehicles in parking lots and not on the grass

Park

The park has two pavilions available for rental. The cost is $25 a day to rent a pavilion. Please call (239) 533-7275 to reserve.

Fishing Pier

• Matlacha Park features a brand new fishing pier.
  
• A Saltwater Fishing License is required to saltwater fish from shore. There is no fee for Florida residents.
