The Lee County Utilities Design Manual is intended to be used for the design and construction of potable water, sanitary sewer, and reclaimed water infrastructure within the Lee County Utilities Service Areas.  Applicable Federal, State, and County laws and regulations should be considered concurrently but sometimes the design manual below is more stringent.
