MSTBU Advisory Committees are formed by volunteer property owners within an Operation & Maintenance or Special Improvement (O&M/SIU) Unit.  The committees work with the County to develop annual budgets and prioritize service needs.  

Committee members are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners.  Additional information regarding the responsibilities of the MSTBU Advisory Committees can be found in Administrative Code AC 2-1.
