Tax Help at the Library
The Lee County Library System distributes federal tax forms during filing season (February-April) as a service to the community.
Library staff cannot help you prepare your taxes or tell you which form(s) you need.

Tax Forms
This year the libraries will only receive individual 1040/1040-SR Forms and Instructions. No schedules or booklets will be provided.
Additional forms can be printed in the library for 10 cents/page (black & white). Use our in-branch computers or your own device with our Mobile Printing Service.
To access other federal tax forms, schedules, instructions and publications:

Download and print forms by visiting the IRS website (www.irs.gov).
- Request delivery by mail with IRS Forms and Publications by Mail online or call 800-829-3676.
- Some federal forms (e.g., W-2, W-3, 1096, 1098, 1099, 5498, etc.) are printed as special "machine-readable" products, and cannot be filed using a copied or reprinted version. These forms may be ordered from IRS Employer Returns or obtained directly from the IRS office. The local office in Lee County is:
