Rechtien International Trucks is the sole authorized dealer in the territory that provides International Trucks and heavy trailer OEM parts and service utilizing proprietary engine and multiplexing diagnostic software that is only available to the manufacturer's authorized International dealership; this software is required for properly diagnosing computer advanced technical and mechanical problems.

Lee County has specific specialized requirements for the Ambulance "boxes" and repair parts can only be obtained by ETR LLC. OEM parts must be utilized to maintain vehicle warranties to their full duration.
