| Scope Of Work: | This scope of services entails providing Pre-construction and construction management services for the:
a. New North Fort Myers Library – Lee County Public Library, to be located within the existing library site. A project conceptual site plan is herewith attached. The NFM Library will include not less than 25,000 gross square feet of floor area arranged in a single-story configuration.
b. New Bonita Springs Library -Lee County Public Library, to be located with the County of Bonita Springs. A project conceptual site plan is herewith attached. The BS Library will include not less than 25,000 gross square feet of floor area arranged in a Multi-story configuration
c. Time of Completion is anticipated to be approximately 15 to 18 months
d. The estimated cost of the project is $25,000,000.
