| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Department of Innovation & Technology is seeking to execute a single source for software as a service (SaaS) collaborative software that is used to create internal processes, interactive forms, provide for document sharing, automated workflows, project management, document management, and enterprise-wide solutions to manage teams, data, and projects. The software is subscription based and requires administrators to be licensed but allows for unlimited users. Each license comes with pro-support that allows for continued education, training, and assistance with building new processes and solutions. The enterprise-wide solution also includes Dynamic View, which is a specialized product allowing for interactive solutions for internal and external users. |
