| Scope Of Work: | The Lee County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified individuals/firms to develop and implement an effective advertising program to supplement and further promote the education and outreach programs established by the Lee County Solid Waste Department (LCSW). These programs educate the citizens of Southwest Florida on proper recycling, reducing their personal waste stream and the impact of waste generation on the community and the local environment. |
