| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor to complete a Design-Build project that includes design, survey, permitting, and construction services for the removal and replacement of stadium high mast lighting and all necessary components to enact a full and complete lighting system, which has been damaged by Hurricane Ian.
It is the intent of Lee County Facilities Construction and Management to promote the use of innovative design concepts, components, details, and construction techniques. The Design-Build (D-B) Firm may submit a technical proposal that includes innovative concepts using the Alternative Technical Concept (ATC) process.
It is the intent of Lee County Facilities Construction and Management that all project construction activities be conducted within the existing Facility property. No additional property/ROW will be acquired for this project.
