| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Human & Veteran Services is seeking to execute a single source for the Client Services Network (CSN) software platform by Bell Data Systems used for the local Continuum of Care's Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), as well as the department-wide database for client and contract management. The system must meet all HUD-required data standards, be customizable, and HVS must have access to the SQL database. |
