| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Human Resources is seeking to execute a single source for NEOGOV cloud-based public sector Human Resources Program. The talent management component of NEGOV contains four software modules: Learn, Onboard, Perform, and Insight. Learn provides online training courses to assist with employee education, productivity, workplace safety, course credit tracking & accountability. Onboard contains a self-serve portal to allow new hire candidates to complete & submit required documentation ensuring “day-one” readiness for the workplace & a shortened learning curve through video training. Also, it improves employee retention & supports compliance through proper form utilization. Perform increases employee communication, identifies employee strengths, & streamlines organizational evaluation processes for supervisors & managers. Insight manages all applicant & recruiting data throughout the applicant selection process. |
