| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Department of Public Safety is seeking to execute a single source for Annual Licensing fees and maintenance plan for software systems already in place across the Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPS). This single source also includes the addition of an artificial intelligence and data analytics tool related to streamlining the quality assurance reviews of the operations. Lee County adopted the Priority Dispatch standards over a decade ago in the fire and emergency medical call taking processes. Lee County Sheriff’s Office has now adopted and follow the same non-emergency calls across Public Safety Answering Points. |
