| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Public Safety is seeking to execute a single source for a vendor to provide balanced maintenance schedule to all the Lee County 911 centers to maintain proper 911 communications. Lee County needs an assessment of the current 911 call taking equipment to better determine the health of the system. Preventative maintenance includes equipment inventory of Motorola Vesta systems, document internal LAN network and cabling structures, and implement all Viper Software upgrades. Proposed maintenance will be based on a rotation schedule and perform any required updates/upgrades that are specified by Motorola. Vendor will also provide support and consultation for NextGen 911 Core Services deployment. |
