| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Strategic Resources & Government Affairs is seeking to execute a single source for analysis and planning for the Lee County Local Technology Planning Team’s (LTPT) broadband services initiative. Work includes the refinement and documentation of the programs and activities recommended In the LTPT's Broadband and Digital Equity Plan that was submitted to the State's Office of Broadband. Activities will include working with the LTPT Extended Team Members, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), and the State's Office of Broadband regarding fiber and broadband access program designs, and assistance with writing and submittal of grant applications to provide necessary funding in support of the identified broadband programs and projects. Grants available for upcoming application submittals include the National Telecommunications and Information Administration's (NTIA) Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) and Digital Equity, Adoption, and Use 'Competitive' grant programs, and the State's Digital Equity, Adoption, and Use 'Capacity' grant programs. |
