| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract for qualified professional consulting services to provide architectural services for County projects or systems on an as-needed basis that may include, but are not limited to, the following:
1.1. Design
1.2. Feasibility Study
1.3. Construction drawings (CAD 2D and/or 3D)
1.4. Construction specifications
1.5. Permitting
1.6. Bidding and negotiation services
1.7. Construction observation/administration
1.8. Conceptual estimates for new construction and renovation/retrofit projects
1.9. Interior/ Furniture Design
1.10. Analysis of existing facilities
1.11. As-Built drawings (CAD 2D and/or 3D)
1.12. Miscellaneous design services
1.13. Perform eleventh month warranty inspection
