To establish a new commercial account with Lee County Utilities, you will need the following:

1. Complete a New Commercial Construction Application.

2. Proof of FEIN (W-9 or Letter from the IRS) AND a copy of the driver's license or other form of government-issued identification of the signer on the application. (If you are faxing your application packet, please enlarge and lighten the driver's license.)

3. Pay Deposit and Connection Fees.

Application packets can be:

• Processed in person at our Monroe Street Office
