To Apply for a Small Cell Permit
All Communication Provider applicants for: Small Cell- Communication Facilities and Utility Poles will need to follow the Commercial Right of Way Permit application guidelines set forth in the automated process on our website at:
https://www.leegov.com/dcd/eServ/econnect
Once your company account has been created, please fill out all fillable forms below in: PERMIT FORMS and upload all filled out forms to the Right of Way Permit record number that you have created (ROW 20**-*****) through your eConnect account.
*This process will need to be completed for each individual Small Cell project location your company is applying for.
**If your company is not a Florida Licensed Contractor, your company will have to obtain a license exemption number to complete the account creation process in eConnect.
- That exemption number will be provided by Lee County Contractor Licensing.

NOTICE: Registration provides the ability to apply for a permit, if applicable, and the ability to place or maintain communications facilities in the County right of way. Registration does not excuse a communications provider from obtaining necessary access or pole attachment agreements before locating its communications facilities in the County right of way. Registration does not excuse a communications provider from complying with all applicable codes, and State and Federal laws and regulations. By submitting a registration, the registrant acknowledges that is has reviewed a copy of Chapter 6, Article VII of the Lee County Land Development Code. |
