Connection Fees
The Commercial and Non-Residential Connection (capacity) Fee shall be used on the flow rates as outlined in Florida Administrative Code Chapter 62-6.008. The resulting gallons per day flow contribution as outlined in FAC 62-6.008 will then be multiplied by the respective rate per gallon as defined below:
Connection Fees are set to increase May 5th, 2025.

Meter Set Fees
On February 4th, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners approved an increase in Miscellaneous and Capacity Fees. The Water Drop-In and Tap-In Fees are now to be based off actual cost. The file linked below has the current rates through September 30th, 2025.
