Lee County combined its ePlan and eConnect services, which is accessible through one universal online portal (eConnect).  These services offer 24/7 online services to interact with the county's permitting system. 

eConnect can be accessed on any device (mac/pc/mobile) and with any OS (Mac/Windows/Linux/iOS/Android) using one of the following browsers:

• Internet Explorer 11
• Microsoft Edge 38
• Firefox 47
• Safari 10*
• Chrome 55
• Opera 29

*Please note that it is recommended that MAC users upgrade to OS High Sierra or later in order to avoid complications with making online payments.

Create an account through our new eConnect portal today to begin submitting various application types online.  Existing eConnect and ePlan Users are also required to create a new account and are encouraged to use the same email address previously used to register.

To submit online applications, licensed contractors must be registered with Lee County Contractor Licensing, create an eConnect account, add their contractor license number to their eConnect account, and then submit the Lee County eConnect User Agreement to eConnect@leegov.com.

Applicants, contacts, agents, etc., not related to a licensed contractor and wishing to access their existing record(s) must create a new account and then email the First and Last Name, Email Address and Company Name of the new eConnect account to eConnect@leegov.com.
