CPA2018-00001 - Conservation Lands Update
Current Status - Effective
(COUNTY INITIATED) Amend the Future Land Use Map series, Map 1, by adding County-owned property to the Conservation Lands (Uplands and Wetlands) land use category. The properties are located in the following Lee County Preserves: Alva Scrub Preserve, Buckingham Trails Preserve, Buttonwood Preserve, Caloosahatchee Creeks Preserve, Orange River Preserve, Pine Island Flatwoods Preserve, Telegraph Creek Preserve, and West Marsh Preserve.
CPA2018-00002 - Alico Crossing
Current Status - Effective
(SMALL-SCALE AMENDMENT) Amend the future land use designation from Tradeport to University Village Interchange on 4+/- acres located at the intersection of Alico Road and Ben Hill Griffin Parkway.
CPA2018-00003 - San Carlos Island Community Plan Update
Current Status - Closed Due to Inactivity
(COUNTY-INITIATED) Amend the Lee Plan to incorporate the recommendations of the San Carlos Island Planning effort as needed. Community Visioning Meeting was held on February 10, 2018.
CPA2018-00004 - Portico
Current Status - Effective
Amend the future land use designation from Sub-Outlying Suburban to Outlying Suburban on 589 +/- acres located to the east of Buckingham Road, south of Palm Beach Boulevard. Amend Lee Plan Table 1(b) to correspond with the future land use change.
CPA2018-00005 - Bayshore Community Plan
Current Status - Closed Due to Inactivity
(COUNTY-INITIATED) Amend Lee Plan Goal 18, specific to the Bayshore Community Plan area, as needed based on community input, data and analysis, and staff recommendation. A visioning workshop in Bayshore was held on March 6, 2018.
CPA2018-00006 - Alva Community Plan

(COUNTY-INITIATED) Amend Lee Plan Goal 28, specific to the Alva Community Plan area, as needed based on community input, data and analysis, and staff recommendation. A visioning workshop in Alva was held on March 24, 2018.
CPA2018-00007 - Public Facilities/Conservation Lands
Current Status - Effective
Amend the Lee Plan Future Land Use Map to designate 31 ± acres located at 14201 Alico Road from Conservation Lands (Uplands and Wetlands) to Public Facilities and Wetlands; and to designate 44.5 ± acres located at 18501 Corkscrew Road from Density Reduction/Groundwater Resource (DR/GR) and Wetlands to Conservation Lands (Uplands and Wetlands).
CPA2018-10008 - Old Corkscrew Commercial
Current Status - Effective
Amend Lee Plan Goal 13 to add Neighborhood Commercial development as an allowed use for consideration within the Private Recreation Facilities Planned Development zoning district in the DR/GR. Amend Lee Plan Map 6: Lee County Utilities Future Water Service Areas, and Map 7: Lee County Utilities Future Sewer Service Areas by adding approximately 18.4 acres of property, located about 2 miles east of the Corkscrew Road and Alico Road intersection, to the Future Water and Sewer Service Areas.
CPA2018-10009 - LCPA Airport Lands Updates
Current Status - Effective
Update the Airport Lands Future Land Use designation and airport related policies in the Lee Plan to reference FAA approved Airport Master Plans in conformance with Florida Statute Section 163.3177. Remove detailed development schedules in Tables 5(a) and 5(b) and Transportation Maps 3F and 3G.
CPA2018-10010 - Old Corkscrew Golf Club
Current Status - Effective
Amend Map 6, Lee County Utilities Future Water Service Areas, to add the 259 acres to the service area.
CPA2018-10011 - Small Brothers Commercial
Current Status - Withdrawn
WITHDRAWN AT APPLICANT'S REQUEST: (SMALL SCALE AMENDMENT) Change the property from DR/GR and Wetlands to Commercial and Wetlands to allow for neighborhood convenience uses.
CPA2018-10012 - Vintage Commerce Center
Current Status - Effective
Amend Table 1(b) 2030 population allocation to provide additional residential development in the General Interchange category within the Gateway/Airport Planning Community.
CPA2018-10013 - Vintage Commerce Center
Current Status - Effective
Amend the Future Land Use Map designation on 33.95+/- acres from Industrial Commercial Interchange to General Interchange located on the northeast corner of Alico Road and Three Oaks Parkway.
CPA2018-10014 - Limerock Mining
Current Status - Effective
(COUNTY-INITIATED): Amend Lee Plan Goals 1, 9, 10, 33, 47, and 114, Chapter XIII, and Map 14 to: remove the requirements for a limerock supply inventory and demand analysis and for future limerock mines to be designated on Map 14; delete Map 14, the Future Limerock Mining Overlay; add a policy regarding compatibility of mining operations on airport capacities, facilities and operations; and, add a policy to require a public informational meeting prior to submittal of a mine excavation planned development rezoning application.
